This shipping policy applies to our private customers, who have placed an order via the Odyssey-factory.com online shop and our business partners, who have placed an order in our wholesale section. These terms do not include wholesale orders placed as personalized or manufacturing orders.

Order processing time
We process all orders we receive within 3 business days after they are placed on our website. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message. After we process and pack your order, we will send out the goods on the same or the next business day, using the specified delivery method. Please note that delivery times may vary during national holidays.
International orders
Your order may be subject to import duties and other taxes. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. We recommend that you check these taxes before you place your order because we are unable to calculate them for you.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information. You will be able to track the shipment directly on the specified shipping carrier’s website.
